International Greetings PLC02 June 2005 International Greetings PLC (the 'Company') has been informed of the followingdirectors' dealings. On 1 June 2005, P Fineman was gifted, by a family member, 576,493 ordinaryshares. Following this gift, Mr Fineman's resultant interest in the Company's shares is3,019,634 (6.6% of the issued ordinary share capital), comprising 2,168,534ordinary shares in his own name, 576,492 and 274,608 ordinary sharesrespectively in the names of The Corinne Fineman Accumulation and MaintenanceTrust and the Howard Gary Fineman Intestacy Trust. Mr Fineman is a trustee ofboth these trusts and the shares are held for the benefit of members of theFineman family. Separately, on 1 June 2005, S A Hedlund transferred 900,790 ordinary sharesregistered in his own name, for nil consideration, into a trust fund. Thebeneficiaries of the trust are Mr Hedlund's minor children and Mr Hedlund is atrustee. Following this transaction, Mr Hedlund's resultant interest in the Company'sshares is unchanged at 24,001,376 shares (52.1% of the issued ordinary sharecapital) comprising 901,176 ordinary shares in his own name (including the900,790 shares held in the trust referred to above) and 20,280,400 and 2,819,800ordinary shares respectively in the names of Artistic AG and Malios AG,companies incorporated in Switzerland and under the ultimate control of theHedlund family.
