Board appointment
International Greetings plc ("International Greetings" or the "Company") announced on 21 August 2008 that Mark Collini was retiring from the board. His successor as Group Finance Director, Sheryl Tye, has today joined the International Greetings board as a full time executive director.
Sheryl Anne Tye (formerly Gomer) FCA, ATII, BSc is aged 51 and is also a director of Diagonal Management Ltd.
There are no other matters which are required to be disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
Nick Fisher, Group Chief Executive, said: "We are pleased to be welcoming Sheryl Tye to the Board. I am confident that she will make a significant contribution to the continuing development of the Group's business."
