Block Listing Update
Further to the announcement by the Company on 18 December 2015, the Company announces that a total of 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued since that date pursuant to the Company's 2008 Executive Share Option Plan and admitted to trading in accordance with the block listing applied for on 25 August 2010 (the "Block Listing"). An update in accordance with Schedule 6 of the AIM Rules for Companies is set out below.
The Company holds no shares in treasury and hence the total number of current voting rights is 59,280,833. The Company will notify on a monthly basis when there are changes to the issued share capital, and these monthly figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
