IG Design Group plc today announces the following update to disclosure in relation to Clare Askem, Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Studio Retail Group plc, a company of which Clare Askem is a Non-Executive Director, was placed into administration on 24 February 2022.
