International Greetings PLC (the 'Company') announces that it has applied for the admission to AIM ('Admission') of 1,438,359 new ordinary shares of 5p in the capital of the Company. The new ordinary shares have been issued in settlement of deferred consideration payable in respect of the acquisition of Glitterwrap, Inc.

Admission is expected to become effective on or around 21 November 2008.
