International Greetings PLC21 February 2005 ADDITIONAL LISTING International Greetings PLC (the "Company") announces that it has applied forthe Admission to AIM ("Admission") of 60,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence eachin the capital of the Company, which are being issued pursuant to the exerciseof options to subscribe new ordinary shares at £1.88 per share. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company'sexisting ordinary shares. It is expected that Admission of the new ordinaryshares will become effective on or around 25 February 2005.
