Intercede was informed on 16 February 2012 that, on the same day, 67,646 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company were purchased by the self-invested personal pension (SIPP) of Richard Parris, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company at 73.5p per share.
Further to this transaction Mr Parris's interest in the voting rights of Intercede is as follows:
