IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 9 August 2024, as announced on 12 August 2024:

Volume weighted average price paid per share: | 974.92 |
IG Group intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following the cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 367,044,685.
Since 12 August 2024, IG Group has purchased 2,295,625 shares at a cost of £21,806,291.04 (excluding fees and taxes).
