IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 1,561,709 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 359,996,159 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

Since 25 September 2024, IG Group has purchased 1,561,709 shares at a cost of £14,351,395 (excluding fees and taxes).
