IG Group Holdings plc(the 'Company')
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The below notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, gives details about the grant of options under the IG Group Holdings plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2023 ("LTIP").
LTIP Awards
A total of 454,000 shares have been granted under the LTIP awards. These are in the form of an option over ordinary shares in the Company and vest subject to the achievement of certain performance criteria. They have a nominal value exercise price of £0.005 per share (the "LTIP Awards").
The vesting of the LTIP Awards is subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions assessed over the three financial years starting on 1 June 2025. Options will become exercisable on the Vesting Date and remain exercisable for a period of ten years from Grant Date, at the end of which, the Options will lapse. The LTIP Awards are subject to claw back and malus provisions.

These awards will vest on a straight-line basis subject to the achievement of a minimum threshold level of performance of two separate, but equally weighted performance conditions as set out in the table below:
