The Board of IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company") announces in accordance with LR 6.4.9R(2) that Wu Gang, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Coats Group plc with effect from 1 July 2025. In addition, Wu Gang will join the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
