Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that the net number of shares being redeemed under the 31 December 2021 Redemption Facility is 15,408,872. This follows the purchase by investors of 200,000 shares from the Redemption Pool at the Redemption Price of 126.2613p per share. The redeemed shares will be held in treasury.
Following the transaction, the Company's issued share capital comprises:
96,680,857 shares (excluding treasury shares)
15,821,316 shares held in treasury
112,502,173 shares (including treasury shares)
The total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 96,680,857 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Definitions used in this announcement have the same meaning as set out in the circular to shareholders of 26 May 2020 unless the context requires otherwise
