The Company announces its Net Asset Value per ordinary share as at 15 May 2026 was estimated to be 176.67 pence.
The Company also announces its Net Asset Value per ordinary share before Indian CGT deferred tax provision as at 15 May 2026 was estimated to be 186.73 pence.
The Net Asset Value per ordinary share has been estimated based upon 66,052,624 ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company as at 15 May 2026.
