Notice is hereby given that the Company's inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 85 Strand, London WC2R 0DW on Monday 7 July 2008 at 10.00 am.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 is also available on the Company's website and has been posted to shareholders.
