Notice of AGM and Annual Report and Accounts

Notice is hereby given that the Company's inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 85 Strand, London WC2R 0DW on Monday 7 July 2008 at 10.00 am.

A copy of the AGM circular posted to shareholders is available on the Company's website www.islandgas.com

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 is also available on the Company's website and has been posted to shareholders.
