Dividend Declaration

iFOREX (LSE:IFRX), a leading fintech business with a proprietary online and mobile trading platform for multi-asset contracts for difference, is pleased to announce that shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today approved the declaration of a final dividend of USD 0.055 per ordinary share in the capital of the Company in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
