CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES

The Board of IFG Group plc announces that following a review of the composition of the Board Committees, the Committees shall be comprised as follows, with effect today:

· Nomination Committee: Cara Ryan (Chair), Colm Barrington, and Peter Priestley;

· Remuneration Committee: Peter Priestley (Chair), Cara Ryan, and Robin Phipps;

· Risk Committee: Kathryn Purves (Chair), David Paige, Robin Phipps, and Peter Priestley; and

· Audit Committee: David Paige (Chair), Kathryn Purves, and Cara Ryan.
