Invista European Real Estate Trust10 April 2007 RNS Announcement Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF Director Appointment and Notice of OGM 10 April 2007 Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF (the "Company") is pleased to announcethat it intends to appoint Robert DeNormandie, a Luxembourg resident, to theBoard of Directors as a non-executive director with effect from April 26th,2007. In Part II of the Prospectus dated 24 November 2006 and issued by the Company,the Directors indicated their intention "to supplement the Board with a furthernon-UK resident Director with relevant expertise". Such appointment requires a positive decision of the Company's shareholders atan ordinary general meeting ("OGM"). The notice of OGM (to be convened for 11:15 CET on 26 April 2007 at Citco's offices in Luxembourg) will be sent toshareholders shortly. Mr DeNormandie is currently a director of The Directors' Office, a Luxembourgorganisation offering directorship and related services to Luxembourg registeredinvestment management and related fund companies. Mr DeNormandie was a founder of The Directors' Office in 2004 after having spent3 years as Chief Financial Officer in Pioneer Global Asset Management SPA, ("PGAM") Milan, a subsidiary of UniCredito Group. His current directorshipsinclude Santander Asset Management Company Luxembourg; IXIS Global AssociatesAsset Management Co. Luxembourg and NBG(National Bank of Greece) InternationalFund Sicav. Prior to his activities at PGAM in Milan, he was an audit partner in the BostonOffice of Coopers & Lybrand/PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he served a variety offinancial services clients, but was particularly involved in the investment fundindustry sector. Mr. DeNormandie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College in the USA, aLicence in International Studies from the Graduate Institute for Study inInternational Affairs in Geneva and a Masters in Public Accounting fromNortheastern University in Boston. He was an active Certified Public Accountantin Massachusetts until 2001 when he ended his active practice.
