InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, announces that it was notified today that, Kieran Callan, Chief Executive Officer has purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the Company at a price of 44 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the Purchase, Kieran Callen now holds a total of 29,300 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.20% of the issued share capital of the Company.
