Directors' Dealing, Exercise of Options and TVR
Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions and services, announces that, 3,758,049 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were allotted on 1 September 2017 following an exercise of options by three directors.
Andrew Riley, Chief Executive Officer, has exercised options over 2,172,927 Ordinary Shares, subsequent to which, he sold 1,322,927 Ordinary Shares to satisfy the tax liability arising from the option exercise.
Jane Mackie, Chief Financial Officer, has exercised options over 1,285,122 Ordinary Shares, subsequent to which, she sold 855,122 Ordinary Shares to satisfy the tax liability arising from the option exercise.
Richard Kellett-Clarke, a Non-Executive Director, has exercised options over 300,000 Ordinary Shares, subsequent to which, he sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the 3,758,049 new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to become effective on or around 7 September 2017.
Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's total issued share capital is 414,389,265 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 1,491,219 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue excluding shares held in treasury is 412,898,046. The above figure of 412,898,046 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
