Director Update

Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions and services, announces that Richard Kellett-Clarke, a Non Executive Director of the Company, is to remain on the Board. It had previously been announced in November 2016 that Mr. Kellett-Clarke would step down from the Board at the end of the 2017 financial year, however, he has accepted the Board's invitation to continue in his role as Non Executive Director.
