JohnWisbey is now interested in a personal capacity in 710,000 ordinary shares inIDOX representing 0.36% of the current issued share capital. John Wisbey also holds interests in IDOX through the shareholdings of AdvancedTechnology Trust and Lombard Risk Management plc ('LRM')which hold respectively11,266,666 and 5,601,546 shares. John Wisbey is a beneficiary of AdvancedTechnology Trust and a director and significant shareholder of LRM. The totalbeneficial interest of John Wisbey in IDOX has now increased to 17,578,212ordinary shares representing 9.00% of the current issued share capital of theCompany.
