Following this purchase Christopher Wright is interested, in personal capacity,in 702,222 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 0.20% of the current issuedshare capital. Christopher Wright also is a director of an affiliate of Merifin Capital NVwhich holds 6,520,833 ordinary shares representing 1.90% of the current issuedshare capital. The issued share capital of the Company is 343,158,336 ordinary shares of 1pence per share.
