Completion of disposal

IDOX plc (AIM: IDOX, 'IDOX' or the 'Group'), a leading supplier of software and services, is pleased to announce that it has completed the disposal of TFPL Limited, its non-core recruitment business, announced by the Company on 25 June 2013.
