Immunodiagnostic Systems Hldgs PLC30 March 2006 Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc Pre-close Trading Update Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc ("IDS" or the "Group"), a leading producerof diagnostic testing kits for the clinical and research markets, announces atrading update prior to the close of its trading year to 31st March 2006. David Evans, Chairman of IDS stated: "Trading for the year to 31 March 2006 is in line with market expectations. IDS has achieved impressive growth in the year to 31 March 2006 as a result of: • the continued success of the Group's direct distribution in the key territories of the UK, USA, Germany and, most recently, France. • the expansion of the Group's export distribution network. • the successful integration of the Bone TRAP products into the Group's distribution channels following the acquisition of SBA in March 2005. • the greater emphasis placed on selling the Group's own products and the successful displacement of a key competitor's products in Vitamin D which has positively impacted margin.
