Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc, a leading producer of manual and automated specialist diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research market, today confirms that Chris Yates, CFO, who resigned on 4 December 2014, is leaving the Group today following the end of his notice period.
The Board would like to thank Chris for his contribution to the Group and wish him well for the future.
A formal search for a new CFO is well underway and an announcement will be made in due course.
