Gerard Murray resigns as Finance Director
Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC ("IDS"), a leading producer of manual and automated specialist diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, today announces that Gerard Murray, Finance Director has given notice of his resignation from the Company in order to pursue other business opportunities. It is intended that Gerard is to remain in post for a period of up to six months to ensure continuity, and will step down from the Board as soon as a successor is appointed. The Board has commenced a search process to appoint a replacement Finance Director.
