PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights
Ideagen PLC (AIM: IDEA), a leading supplier of Information Management Software to highly regulated industries, announces that on 25 August 2021 Ian Hepworth, a PDMR and Chief Technology Officer of the company, exercised 167,000 options for the exercise of options over new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an exercise price of 112 pence per new Ordinary Share. All 167,000 shares were sold at a price of 290.5 pence.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 167,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 1 September 2021.
After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 254,655,400 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 254,655,400. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
