Director/PDMR Dealing, Exercise of options and Total Voting Rights
Ideagen PLC (AIM: IDEA), a leading supplier of Information Management software to highly regulated industries, announces that Graeme Spenceley, Company Secretary and PDMR, has sold 900,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 193 pence on 29 September 2020. Following the sale of shares, Graeme Spenceley has a holding of 1,334,608 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Additionally, the Company received notification, from an employee, for the exercise of options over 90,000 ordinary shares ("New Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an exercise price of 35 pence per New Ordinary Share.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 90,000 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 6 October 2020.
After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 226,749,284 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 226,749,284. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
