Cupid plc (AIM: CUP), the online dating operator, announces that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 31 December 2013 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.
