Notification of Director's interest

Cupid Plc announces that on 7 March 2013 the Company was informed by Bill Dobbie, Chief Executive of the Company, that on that date he had purchased 865,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 114.11p per share.

Following the transaction, Bill Dobbie holds 14,676,053 Ordinary Shares representing 17.6% of the voting rights in the Company.

Commenting, Bill Dobbie said:

The business is built on solid foundations and we will continue to execute on our growth strategy.
