Notification of Transactions of DirectorsIn accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company wishes to announce that it received notification on 26th February that Michael ‘Rusty’ Nelligan, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 12,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1024.87 pence per share.
As a result of this transaction Michael ‘Rusty’ Nelligan and his connected persons hold a total of 130,042 shares, 0.04% of the ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
