Intermediate Capital Group PLC25 April 2006 25 APRIL 2006 INTERMEDIATE CAPITAL GROUP APPOINTS NEW FINANCE DIRECTOR The Board of Intermediate Capital Group PLC, Europe's leading independentprovider of mezzanine finance, announces the appointment of Philip Keller as anexecutive member of the Board, he will assume the role of Finance Director. Philip will join ICG in September, prior to the retirement of John Curtis, ChiefFinancial Officer. Philip's effective date of appointment to the Board will beannounced thereafter. Philip, aged 40 is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Englandand Wales, and has been Finance Director at ERM Holdings Ltd since July 2000.ERM* is one of the largest environmental consultancies in the world employing3,000 people globally. Philip began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co in1987, subsequently he worked for Glaxo Wellcome PLC where he held a variety offinancial directorships. Prior to joining ERM Philip worked for Johnson andJohnson as Finance Director of their UK pharmaceutical business before becomingEuropean M&A Director in 1999.
