Board Changes

Iconic Labs Plc (LSE:ICON), a multidivisional new media and technology business, is pleased to announce the following proposed changes to the Board.
Brendan O' Mahony will be joining the board as a Non-Executive Director. Brendan is a certified accountant (FCCA) and previous partner at EY Poland where he led and grew the Poland and CEE focussed transaction advisory team. He currently holds a number of different private sector advisory and board roles across industries such as software development and tech.
Willem van der Meer will also be joining the board as a Non-Executive Director. Willem an experienced investment banker and founder of AEK . Willem is founder and CEO of Micro Algae Inc, a Canadian based company specialized in Micro Algae. He has held a number of senior advisory positions specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
Also joining the board as a Non-Executive Director is David Ε tybr an experienced finance, banking and business development specialist. David is currently CEO of a Prague based family office. He holds a Master's degree in Economics.
