GRAPHITE ENTERPRISE TRUST PLC (the "Company")

NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company has been advised that on 7 April 2014, Mark Fane, a Director of the Company, bought 700 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 594p per share, which represents 0.001% of the Company's issued share capital.

The shares will be registered in the names of Mr Fane's children.

Following this purchase, Mr Fane and persons connected to him had a total interest of 143,350 shares in the Company which represents 0.197% of the Company's issued share capital.
