NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company was advised on 15 June 2012 that on 15 June 2012, Mr Fane, a Director of the Company, bought 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 376.5p per share, representing 0.014% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this purchase, Mr Fane had a total interest of 129,250 shares in the Company representing 0.177% of the Company's issued share capital.
