NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company has been advised that on 19 June 2014, Mr Tigue, a Director of the Company, bought 2,306 ordinary shares in the Company through dividend re-investment at a price of 615p per share, representing 0.0032% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this purchase, Mr Tigue had a total interest of 94,260 shares in the Company representing 0.1293% of the Company's issued share capital.
