TRANSACTIONS BY PDMRs
Ibstock plc ("Ibstock or "the Company") was notified on 10 August 2017 of the following transactions that took place on 10 August 2017 in relation to the Company's ordinary shares (ISIN Code of GB00BYXJC278) on the London Stock Exchange.
Wayne Sheppard, Chief Executive Officer, sold 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 241.0p per share. Following this sale Wayne Sheppard retains an interest in 5,076,244 shares, representing 1.25% per cent of the issued share capital of Ibstock.
Kevin Sims, Chief Financial Officer, sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 241.0p per share. Following this sale Kevin Sims, retains an interest in 2,924,558 shares, representing 0.72 per cent of the issued share capital of Ibstock.
