Ibstock plc (the "Company") announces that Tracey Graham, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has informed the Board of her intention to step down as a Non-executive Director at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 April 2023.

The Board will now commence a process to identify potential successors to the roles held by Mrs Graham and a further announcement will be made in due course.

 Jonathan Nicholls, Chairman of Ibstock said "on behalf of Board of Directors of Ibstock plc, I would like to thank Tracey for her superb contribution to the Company since her appointment as a Non-executive Director in 2016, and we wish her continued success in the future."
