Ibstock plc ("Ibstock" or the "Company") a leading manufacturer of clay bricks and concrete products in the United Kingdom, announces that it has been mutually agreed that Kate Tinsley, Managing Director of Ibstock Clay, will be leaving the Company and has resigned from the Board of Directors with immediate effect.

Joe Hudson, CEO, will assume these responsibilities going forward.

Remuneration details as required by section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006 will be published on the company's website.
