Treasury shares
On 5 August 2015, the Company transferred to a number of participants in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme 546,009 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 13,791,804 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 650,745,202 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
