Treasury shares
On 20 May 2015, the Company transferred a total of 6,433 shares as follows:
· 2,481 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share to a participant in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme; and
· 3,952 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share to participants in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme.
These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 14,865,607 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 649,671,399 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
