Publication of Final Terms

London, 24 July 2009 - ICAP Group Holdings plc announces the publication of final terms (the "Final Terms") in relation to €300 million 7.5 per cent notes due July 2014 (the "Notes"), to be issued under its £1,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme.

The Base Prospectus for the £1,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note programme (the "Prospectus") has been approved by the UK Listing Authority.
