On 19 May 2011, Michael Spencer sold 1,527,945 ordinary shares of 10p each ('shares') in the Company held in his own name. These shares represent 0.23% of the total voting rights of the Company. The shares were sold at an average price of 485p per share.

Following this transaction, Michael Spencer has a personal interest of 2,336,948 shares (representing 0.35% of the total voting rights) and, through IPGL, is interested in a further 105,069,560 (15.91%) shares; together these holdings represent 16.26% of the total voting rights of the Company.
