Persons discharging managerial responsibility shareholding

On 11 November 2015, Stuart Bridges, an executive director of ICAP plc, was granted an award under the ICAP plc 2015 Performance Share Plan (PSP) over 98,750 ICAP plc shares.

The above PSP award vested in full on 1 September 2016. Following satisfaction of the tax liabilities incurred by the vesting, Stuart Bridges will receive 98,750 ICAP plc shares at nil cost.
