Interim Dividend
Following the profitable disposal of the investment in Hallmarq Veterinary Imaging Limited from the Company's Ordinary Share pool, the Directors of Seneca Growth Capital VCT Plc are pleased to declare an interim capital dividend of 10 pence per Ordinary Share for the year to 31 December 2018, to be paid on 25 January 2019.
The ex-dividend date is 10 January 2019.
The record date for the dividend is 11 January 2019.
