RusHydro files application for registration of amendments to the share issue

PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) hereby gives notice that on June 28, 2019, an application for the state registration of amendments to the additional issue of securities and a securities prospectus was submitted to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

The amendments to the decision on the additional issue of securities of the Company and the securities prospectus was approved by resolution of the Board of Directors on June 21, 2019 (Minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors No. 292 dated June 24, 2019).
