Hydro International PLC20 March 2006 HYDRO INTERNATIONAL plc DIRECTORS' HOLDING IN COMPANY AND ADDITIONAL LISTING20 March 2006 DIRECTORS' HOLDINGS The Company announces that pursuant to the terms of its UK Executive OptionScheme and its US Stock Option Plan, options over ordinary shares of 5p eachhave been exercised by the executive directors of the Company as follows: RYG Andoh 27,000 ordinary shares at 24.5 pence each.SP Hides 40,000 ordinary shares at 25.5 pence eachK Marshall 30,000 ordinary shares at 24.5 pence eachCA Williams 10,000 ordinary shares at 21.5 pence each, and 10,000 ordinary shares at 24.5 pence each. In addition, pursuant to the terms of the Save As You Earn share option scheme,RYG Andoh and K Marshall are exercising options over 10,356 and 7,767 ordinaryshares of 5p each at a price of 36.5 pence each. All of the above exercises took place on Friday 17 March 2006. Following these exercises, the executive directors have the following holdingsin the Company: RYG Andoh 111,774 ordinary shares, representing 0.79% of the issued share capitalSP Hides 131,280 ordinary shares, representing 0.93% of the issued share capitalK Marshall 84,225 ordinary shares, representing 0.60% of the issued share capitalCA Williams 20,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital ADDITIONAL LISTING The Company announces that in addition to the exercises by executive directorsdetailed above, a further 8,706 ordinary shares of 5p each have been exercisedat 36.5 pence each under the terms of its Save-As-You-Earn Option scheme, and35,000 ordinary shares of 5p each have been exercised at 33 pence each under theterms of the UK Executive Option Scheme. Application has been made for 178,829 Shares to be admitted to AIM. The Shareswill, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of theCompany.
