Ely Acquisition Limited will be funded by Hanover Active Equity Fund LP.
Thomas Alexander Russell holds 3,733 (0.03%) shares in Hydro International plc in his own name. Thomas Alexander Russell is a member of Hanover Investors Management LLP and a director of Ely Acquisition Limited.
