AGM Statement

Hydro International plc (AIM: HYD), a leading provider of environmentally sustainable and innovative solutions to water management challenges the world over, will be holding its Annual General Meeting today at 12 noon at the Group's headquarters located at Shearwater House, Clevedon Hall Estate, Victoria Road, Clevedon, BS21 7RD. At the meeting, the Board will make the following statement:

During 2015, the Group is continuing its focus on making investments in the necessary systems, business processes, and high quality people to facilitate growth and deliver our strategy. In the early part of 2015 the Group has made further advances in expanding the scope of services offered to our customers by the acquisition of the assets of Settled Solids Management, and the launch of a comprehensive Water Pollution Management service in the UK. Settled Solids Management, based in Florida, offer grit removal and cleaning services to wastewater treatment plant operators, an activity that sits very naturally alongside the range of grit removal products Hydro offers into the US market. The newly formed Water Pollution Management team provides Hydro with the capability to assess, model and ultimately manage surface water run-off on sites where critical pollution risk is mitigated by containment and treatment.

Trading across the Group's operations is broadly as expected, and the Group's outlook, therefore, remains unchanged from the view expressed in the 2014 Annual Report.

We continue to see considerable opportunities for Hydro to capitalise on the investments it is making to improve the level and quality of earnings in future years.

The Group will release interim results for the six months' ending 30 June 2014 on Tuesday 8 September 2015.
